At the time of acquisition, the property was entirely vacant and underutilized. Through swift execution and strategic leasing efforts, the group successfully repositioned the asset within just a few months.
To date, approximately 31,000 square feet has been leased to strong national retailers, including Bealls and Shoe Show Encore, significantly revitalizing the center and driving new consumer traffic to the site.
